Users Committee

Members of the Users Committee and MagLab staff at the 2017 Users Committee meeting in Gainesville, Fla.

The Magnet Lab's Users Committee (pictured above, during the 2017 Users Committee meeting) represents the laboratory’s broad multidisciplinary user community and advises the lab's leadership on all issues affecting users of our facilities. The committee meets annually and produces a report on its findings and recommendations; please use the search box on this page to see reports from prior years. The bylaws of the committee (adopted in 2010 and revised in 2015) describe the group's functions, structure, membership, operations and other matters. The annual User Committee election timeline (PDF) illustrates the process of selecting new members.
