Solid State Spectrometers

Solid state NMR facilities at the Magnet Lab can offer user a variety of superconducting magnets with fields strengths as high as 900 MHz. The MagLab is home to the world’s largest 900 MHz superconducting magnet built in 2004 by our own Magnet Science and Technology department.

At 21.1 tesla, this is the strongest MRI scanner in the world for small animals. It is located in the MagLab's Tallahassee headquarters.
