XQ-Band Bruker Pulsed Spectrometer

XW-Band Bruker Pulsed Spectrometer

A Bruker Elexsys 680 instrument operating at X-band (9 GHz) and W-band (94 GHz) is available for continuous wave and pulsed EPR measurements. Pulsed capabilities include T1/T2 relaxation, DEER, ENDOR, ESEEM and saturation recovery.

  • Field Strength: 6 tesla superconducting magnet
  • Bore Diameter: 32 mm
  • Temperature: 4 K to 300 K
  • Sensitivity: Concentration sensitivity at 290K is ~ 1 µM nitroxide spins at X-band and ~ 10 µM at W-band
  • Sample Size: 3 to 100 µL at X-band; 0.4 µL at W-band
