TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Ever wondered how objects levitate inside a high magnetic field, or how engineers create high magnetic fields?
You can find out Thursday night when the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory at The Florida State University is featured in the Discovery Science show, "How Do They Do It?"
The episode featuring the lab will debut at 9 p.m. on the Science Channel (Comcast Cable channel 110). Thursday's episode also will feature propellers and intelligent cars.
If viewers can't catch the show's premiere episode, it will be repeated at midnight Thursday and again on Sept. 26 at 4 a.m.
