Abstract: Science is (actually) fun…this is why many scientists begin and continue journeys to careers in a scientific field. For most of the population this outlook can be pretty baffling but by using fun/humor as an impedance matching device in outreach activities, the information being presented/discussed/demonstrated is more relatable and has a higher probability of making an impression and being remembered.
