Next Science Night

Topic: Inspired by Nature

When: November 20, 2025 at 6:30-7:15 p.m.

Where: B.L. Perry Branch Library - View map

Admission: Free

September through April we invite you to join us for a FREE, fun, and family-friendly hands-on science event. All ages are welcome (but Science Night is especially for those aged 5-10). Every month’s Science Night will explore a different, exciting scientific topic through experiments or demonstrations, an interactive Question Answer session with an expert guest and a hands-on activity (with household items). Plan for the activity to last about 45 minutes. And as an added bonus, the Collins Library staff is picking the best reads and media to complement our Science Night topic for you to check out to continue exploring on your own!

Check out the MagLab Pinterest board on Science in Literature to find amazing science books for readers of all levels selected by our librarian friends.
