Part-Time OPS - Employee Services Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Scan and file personnel records by uploading documents into the appropriate shared drives and recordkeeping systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including escorting them to obtain required safety badges and coordinating introductory visits with IT and HR.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Employee Services team, assisting with day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Assist the Learning and Development Specialist with training logistics, including scheduling, room setup, materials preparation, and participant coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational needs.
  • Work a flexible part-time schedule of approximately 10-20 hours per week.

Qualifications

High School or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an office setting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
