At the MagLab, we value the health and safety of our staff, users, visitors and community.
High magnetic field research continues to be facilitated across our three sites with extra precautions in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We invite users to request magnet time at https://nationalmaglab.org/user-resources/request-magnet-time and to contact their MagLab Facility Director or scientific host about on-site visits, remote access, sending samples, and other ways to conduct your high magnetic field experiments.
The lab is currently allowing on-site access for users. Specific COVID policies and on-site user requirements for each of our MagLab facilities will be compliant with responsible agency directives (for example, the Department of Energy for the MagLab's Pulsed Field Facility at LANL), state guidelines (FL and NM) and institutional policies (FSU, UF and LANL). Please work with your facility director/host to answer any facility-specific questions about COVID-related work practices.
