UV / Visible / NIR Magneto-Optics in DC Fields

The Magneto-optical Kerr probe provides the laboratory with a unique apparatus to measure properties of ultra-thin magnetic films and multilayers at high magnetic fields and cryogenic temperatures (2K-325K).

The probe is capable of measuring the magneto-optical properties of a material in both reflection and transmission modes. The probe also features magnetic shielding, direct optical alignment and temperature control.
